London

The London Clinic of Psychoanalysis was inaugurated in 1926, with Ernst Jones as Director, and with the contribution of psychoanalysts such as Edward Glover, Douglas Bryan, John Rickman, Sylvia Payne, and Melanie Klein. The investigation of contemporary practices will follow the destiny of the Clinic, but it will also broaden the scope to include a rich array of little-known projects and their people, such as the Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre, The Psychosis Therapy Project, The Refugee Therapy Centre, and The Lambeth & Southwark Community Mental Health Group.Â
